• If you sell your home, the Home Maintenance Plan is fully transferable to the new owners.

GETTING STARTED:

• We will make a visit to your home to listen to your existing maintenance issues.

• We will conduct an interior and exterior walk-thru inspection of your home.

• We will submit to you our recommendations, and incorporate the areas of concern that you share with us to create a custom Maintenance Plan designed to address the needs of your home.  The Plan will include a tentative yearly schedule.

• We will review the Plan with you annually to incorporate any new maintenance needs.
